Why make your products and services accessible?

Thanks to the many plugins available in the Open Source world, it’s quick and easy to install. And virtually free. So why deprive yourself?

INCREASE USER SATISFACTION – By making your site increasingly accessible to as many people as possible, you potentially increase the number of customers for your services or products.

LIMIT ABANDONED SHOPPETS AND CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE – Abandoned shopping baskets are partly caused by misunderstandings in the sales tunnel, and clarity and legibility can sometimes avoid this pitfall. On the other hand, customer queries cost time and sometimes money, so it’s best to avoid raising them for lack of clarity.
